ServiceInsight has been sunset and will be deprecated on February 10th, 2027.
No further updates will be made and support will end after the deprecation date.
We recommend migrating to ServicePulse before the deprecation date for vizualization and debugging capabilities.
Prerequisites
- Microsoft Windows
- .NET Framework 4.8 or later
- A running instance of ServiceControl
Installation
- Deploy ServiceControl—at a minimum, an error instance is required.
- Download and run the ServiceInsight installer
- After accepting the license terms and conditions, click "Install" (the installer will require elevated privileges)
- Validate the installation by launching the “ServiceInsight” desktop application and connecting to the ServiceControl error instance at the host and port configured.
